1. Visit any Ada Community Library location.
  2. Show a photo ID and proof of your current address.
    If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian will need to be present to approve your application and show photo identification and proof of current address.
  3. Go to the Online Application and fill out the information.
  4. If you live outside of our library district and aren’t in any of the other LYNX! Consortium library districts, you may buy nonresident cards that will cover your entire family for $100 a year or $50 for six months.
