NOVEMBER BOARD MEETING
ADA COMMUNITY LIBRARY
BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Ada Community Library Board of Trustees held its monthly board meeting on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. Board members present were Carol Mills, Steven Ricks, Amy Fife, and Sandy Taylor. Staff members present were Mary DeWalt and Alex Hartman.

    1. MONTHLY MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES IS CALLED TO ORDER.
      Carol Mills called the meeting to order at 8:32 am.
    2. CONSENT AGENDA
      1. The minutes of the September monthly meeting were presented. 
      2. The Financial statements for September were presented.
        SR moved to accept the consent agenda, ST seconded, the motion carried.
    3. DIRECTOR’S REPORT, PUBLIC WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE 
      Discussion of various grants received and other activities.
    4. QUARTERLY REPORTS
      None.
    5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
      1. N/A
    6. NEW BUSINESS
      1. Patron Rights and Responsibilities Policy review.
      2. Social Media Policy review.
    7. DATE OF NEXT MEETING AND ADJOURNMENT
      The next monthly meeting will be held at the Lake Hazel Branch on January 17, 2023 at 8:30am.   CM moved to adjourn the meeting, SR seconded, the motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 9:19 am.
