MAY EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING
ADA COMMUNITY LIBRARY
BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Ada Community Library Board of Trustees held an Executive board meeting on May 22, 2025. Carol Mills, Sandy Taylor, Steven Ricks, Mary Anne Saunders, and Suzette Moore were board members present.

    1. CALL TO ORDER
           CM called the meeting to order at 8:00 am.
    2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
      SR moved to enter executive session under Idaho Code 74-206(1)(a) – personnel, ST seconded. There was a unanimous decision to enter. CM called the executive session to order at 8:02 am.
    3. Business under Idaho Code 74-206(1)(a) – personnel – was undertaken.
    4. RETURN TO MEETING AND ADJOURNMENT
      SR moved, ST seconded, to adjourn the Executive Session. Motion passed. CM will continue work with official action at the June meeting. Meeting adjourned at 1:30 pm.
