BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Ada Community Library Board of Trustees held its monthly board meeting on February 18, 2025. Carol Mills, Sandy Taylor, Steven Ricks, Mary Anne Saunders, and Melodie Huttash were board members present. Staff members present were Mary DeWalt, Alex Hartman, Mary Allington, Anna Langrill, and Monika Pomper.

CM called the meeting to order at 8:31 am. - CONSENT AGENDA
- Changes or additions to the agenda.
- The minutes of monthly board meeting of Tuesday, January 21, 2025 were presented.
- The financial reports for January were presented.
MAS moved to accept the consent agenda, SR seconded, the motion carried.

- Hidden Springs expansion
The expansion construction is complete and staff has moved furnishings, fixtures, and materials into the space. Everyone looks forward to Thursday’s “grand opening” event. Unexpected costs due to the need to remedy previous tenant actions were discussed. - Star expansion

Discussion of needed amendment for resubmission to Board of County Commissioners.
SR moved to approve the amended resolution as prepared and authorized chair to submit, MH seconded. Four ayes, one nay, motion passed.

The board discussed the position, how it differentiates and complements the director position and the proposed wage scale update.
