The Ada Community Library Board of Trustees held its monthly board meeting on August 20, 2024. Carol Mills, Sandy Taylor, Steven Ricks, Mary Anne Saunders, and Melodie Huttash were board members present. Staff members present were Mary Allington, Mary DeWalt, AlexHartman, Anna Langrill, and John Thill.

- FY25 budget preliminary presentation and decision
The budget was reviewed and questions were fielded by the Director and Treasurer. A motion to approve the FY25 budget as presented was made by SR and seconded by MAS. Motion carried.
