  1. Annual Budget Hearing for the Proposed FY2025 Budget is called to order.

District residents wishing to speak regarding the budget must use the sign-in sheet for their intent to speak and will be given 3 minutes.

Public comment accepted only in writing in advance of the monthly meeting.

The Board Meeting will be held in accordance with the Idaho Code Title 74, Transparent and Ethical Government Chapter 2, Sections 201-208, Open Meeting Law.

Those participating via Zoom must contact mdewalt@adalib.org prior to 4:00 pm on August 20 to obtain the login information. If anyone attending by Zoom wishes to speak about the budget, please state that intention when requesting the link.
