Teen Anime and Manga Club - Monday, March 1st

Teens, do you like watching anime, talking about your favorite manga series or even sketching your favorite characters? Come to the Victory Branch of the Ada Community Library on the first and third Mondays of each month at 6:00 pm to meet with other fans of Japanese comics, share your interests and discover new favorites!
On March 1st bring up to 2 of your finest anime related drawings (please keep them appropriate). The 1st place winner will get a $10 gift card to Barnes & Noble, the 2nd and 3rd place winners will get candy! Email awarns@adalib.org or call and ask for Anna if you have any questions!
Sew Like Boo Radley

Remember who sewed Jem's pants and left them on the fence? What a handy talent... one that you too can learn! All ages are invited to a workshop on making simple sewing repairs, hemming and replacing buttons. Bring an item in need or we’ll provide cloth. Basic sewing kits will be provided free to participants.
